Idea Refine
Turns a vague idea into a concrete proposal through structured divergent then convergent thinking: restate the idea as a “How Might We”, generate 5–8 variations via lenses (inversion, simplification, 10x, audience shift), then cluster, stress-test against user-value / feasibility / differentiation, and surface the hidden assumptions that usually kill ideas. It ships a one-pager whose most valuable section is the explicit “Not Doing” list.
Distinctively, this is front-of-funnel ideation with no direct GSD or Matt Pocock counterpart — where addy-interview-me narrows toward a single confirmed intent, idea-refine deliberately widens the search first. Its closest cross-framework kin are OpenSpec’s explore and BMAD’s bmad-brainstorming (diverge-then-converge ideation). It implements stage-align.
