bmad-forge-idea
bmad-forge-idea — “Pressure-test an idea through persona-driven interrogation until it hardens, proves out, or dies cheaply.” A cross-phase core skill that applies the wiki’s pattern-adversarial-review to a concept rather than to code: the idea “either survives with earned conviction or dies cheaply.” It emits a forge-report.html every run, and a forged-idea.md (→ artifact-product-brief) when an idea hardens.
This is the align-stage complement to bmad-brainstorming: brainstorming diverges to generate options; forge-idea adversarially converges on one worth building.
