bmad-prfaq — “Working Backwards PRFAQ challenge that stress-tests a product concept customer-first.” Dispatched by bmad-analyst (menu WB), it produces an Amazon-style Press Release + FAQ (prfaq-{project}.md, a variant of artifact-product-brief): you write the launch announcement first, then interrogate whether the product could actually earn it — an adversarial framing of the align stage.
